The Role: 

We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrator to support our office operations. The Administrator will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Store and maintain information by completing forms, writing notes, and filing records appropriately. 
  • Type reports, memos, meeting minutes, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy. 
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications. 
  • Check figures, prepare invoices, and accurately record financial transaction details. 
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the office team and management as needed. 

Typical Entry Requirements: 

  • No minimum academic requirements, but GCSEs (or equivalent) are usually expected. 
  • NVQ/SVQ qualifications in Administration (Levels 2 or 3) are desirable. 
  • Training is provided on the job. 

 

About You: 

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience in administrative roles is beneficial but not essential. 

Salary:
£30,960 per year (equivalent to £15.88 per hour).
